Role Overview We are seeking a creative and results-driven Advertisement Specialist to work closely with our CEO. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of shaping VIIA’s brand identity and driving our marketing strategies. From crafting engaging social media content to managing digital campaigns, you’ll play a critical role in growing our community and strengthening connections with our audience. We value creative thinkers, and while experience is important, we are open to working with candidates who are eager to learn and grow in the role. The role is project-based, with flexibility in hours depending on deadlines. On average, the workload may vary from 20 to 40 hours per week depending on ongoing campaigns Key Responsibilities NOTE: These are simply guidelines and not all the work is expected for you to do alone. If additional freelancers or specialists are needed for specific tasks (e.g., graphic design, video editing), we can either provide external resources or empower you to hire and manage them as part of the project workflow. You will have the flexibility to manage freelancers directly or, we can manage external resources. Either way, we aim to ensure the quality and timely delivery of all work Develop and execute impactful social media campaigns : Manage VIIA’s presence across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Twitter (X) with innovative strategies to engage and grow our audience. Short form video creation and editing is an essential skill. Create engaging content : Design, write, and produce visuals, videos, and copy that align with VIIA’s voice and values. Collaborate on brand identity : Work with the CEO to define and maintain a cohesive brand voice and visual aesthetic that resonates with our community. Implement and optimize digital marketing strategies : Run paid ad campaigns, including Google Ads and paid social media, to drive user acquisition and build brand awareness. Community engagement : Foster meaningful connections by responding to comments, messages, and posts, creating an inclusive and welcoming online environment. Data-driven optimization : Monitor analytics and campaign performance, delivering insights and adjustments to improve effectiveness. - The most important KPI to strive for is people actually using VIIA to carpool (No. of rides). Stay ahead of trends : Keep up with industry trends, emerging platforms, and competitor activities to ensure VIIA remains at the forefront of innovation. Larger projects might include executing a multi-video campaign with influencers or creating a seasonal marketing push to drive user acquisition. These projects will require collaboration with other team members, agencies, or influencers, and we will agree on the timeline, deliverables, and pricing. Pricing structure Given the dynamic nature of our marketing strategy, and being an early stage start up, each deliverable will be discussed and agreed upon with you beforehand in line with industry standard. Example Pricing scaling on complexity of the work: Social Media Ad (Image/Copy): £100–£150 Short-Form Video Ad: £100–£500 (based on factors like video length, complexity, level of expertise and time required) Larger projects, such as full-scale campaigns or multi-video productions, will be scoped and priced based on their specific requirements, timeline, and complexity. We will discuss the scope and agree on a fair price that aligns with industry standards.
